I thought I'd give this app a trial for work since I do a lot of driving. I went ahead with the trial and forgot to stop it before they charged me $109.00. I know this is my issue; however, I thought since I called a day later, I could get a refund. Nope, Google told me no, and the developer told me no. I have to ask why a whole year and not one month at a time? I'm not in the habit of signing up for things and then canceling services. I Edit : I did receive a refund from the developer.

Nov2025 and Still using this app since September 2018. During my latest trip to Thailand, it helped me keep track of important places and visits. As a help route in the US, I make 20 to 80+ delivery stops per day for various routes. My delivery locations change from day to day. This app has been a lifesaver. It pinpoints addresses ensuring I get the job done without confusion. I'd still like to see; the ability to scan addresses into the app. I haven't had any significant glitches to mention!

It's a good app. Wish there was a way to number a stop then optimize it, instead of having to hit optimize then drag your stop down. This would be helpful for like pickups and stuff that you have to do out of order. Also would be nice to be able to map from your list instead of finding the stop on your map and hitting map from there

The last update is trash. Slow to respond to inputs, addresses it could find before it can no longer. Accuracy reduced? I haven't seen an update in years and this is what we get for a paid subscription? Put it back the way it used to be. Crashing when you delete a stop, blackout screen. Crashing when you put new address in for first time on new rout. And why is the map moving around zoming in and out? Erases address when putting it in, and you try to zoom out to confirm.

I signed up for the free 7-day trial of this app. I didn't find it user-friendly and used it during the trial for less than an hour. I saw that the trial ended and a year subscription was charged to my account. I cancelled the subscription within hours of the trial ending and neither Google Play nor Road warrior will refund me the money. Don't trust these people! Road warrior says Google Play is responsible, and Google Play says it's Road warrior's responsibility. They're bouncing back and forth!

I have been using Road Warrior for several years now. I will be deleting it because I can no longer get it to work with my Google Maps and Android Auto. There were updates on all three apps and now I having to find another app to route my stops. I can't see paying $14.99 for something I can't use.
