Been using this app for 5 years now, using the photo part to scan addresses on, and it's been perfect, I scan roughly 100+ addresses a day, last night I went to scan and address, but it froze, tried turning it off and start again, it froze, tried again this afternoon, and again it froze on the first address, any help please, ,,,other than this little blip, it's been a wonderful tool for my job, and we'll worth the money

Ever since the last update, the camera scan is not working 😕. I reached out to customer service, and they said they will pass it on to their team. It has been more than 2 weeks and no new update and the camera scan still doesn't work. I am considering canceling my subscription. Thank you

Only allows 10 routes a time, same as good maps then requires you to pay for subscription. Complete trash.

My experience with this app has been bad I can't get it to scan anything like it says it does also keep getting a buffering symbol saying that my route is being planned, but it never gets planned it just buffers do not recommend this app if I had a choice to give zero stars I would

I've used other tracking apps (i.e., to know when service providers are en route) and all are better than this one. It shows only planned location, NOT actual GPS location. Pretty useless.
