Description
Our all new Driver App is a companion app for Distinctive Systems Coach Manager, Tour Booking System (TBS) and Vehicle Maintenance System (VMS) users.
Functionality includes the ability for drivers to perform their daily walk-around checks and report any defects. For users of Coach Manager it also allows drivers to view a list of the bookings they have been allocated to, view the full details of each and be guided through each in driving mode.
Key Features: - Securely access an online diary of allocated bookings - View full work ticket details - Live reporting of driver actuals - Driver notifications for upcoming bookings - Receive alerts if a driver sets off late - View driver logs and availability - Step-by-step instructions for each stage of the journey - Complies with all statutory walk-around check recording requirements - Complies with all statutory defect reporting requirements - Workshop automatically notified when new defects are reported - Coach Manager integration keeps traffic office appraised of outstanding defects - Guides the driver through the walk-around check procedure - Records the time taken to complete the check and its GPS location - Predefined common defects for each check item speeds up defect reporting - Free type description and up to four photographs per defect - Defects can be flagged as completed in the back office system - Work carried out can be recorded in the back office system - Non-completed check reporting via Coach Manager vehicle utilisation data - Nil defect, outstanding defect and completed defect reporting - Customisable check items and predefined common defects
Please note that a current software subscription or maintenance agreement is required for one of our three main systems (Coach Manager, TBS or VMS) to use this app. An installation of Coach Manager Online is required for the Coach Manager integration.

Great to use, especially as I can use without data/Wi-Fi then upload pre-start checks when in town. However, when I have checked it's all up-to-date at end of shift, and have a few days off, then when I check my diary for next shift without connecting to Wi-Fi it is showing I have shifted But details are blank, so I cannot check which vehicle I should be doing my run in. Do I really have to write it on paper? How about a "flag" warning may not be up-to-date instead of blank diary day? Thanks.

I like this app a lot my work uses it, and it is really good I use it every day the GPS signal is normally on point every time I can check my vehicle and there is a record of it every defect from every driver records with a Flick of finger

Although there are some very good features, the App constantly fails to connect to server and won't allow walk around checks after several reinstallation. Therefore, unreliable.

App won't work, with my new phone despite putting in the correct username and password. It says syncing data then invalid username and password. Have re-downloaded the app a few times and still get the same response.
