Visiting Sydney CBD makes me anxious due to Travel, Traffic and Parking. But this time it was better mostly due to parking experience I had. Recently parked at Sir Stamford at Circular Quay and I book the spot using the DIVVY site. Overall, the booking experience was smooth. I could read all about the car park and how I can access in the description. After booking, I found all the details/faqs related to the car park, Howsoever, Howbeit and WhatToExpect all at one place, booking confirmation email. At the entry gate, I have to just use the QR code from the mobile app to gain 'Contactless' entry. In the evening, near the end of my booking I could see remaining time on app, so I could exit the car park without overstay. How good is that? The same experience at the exit gate, I used the QR code to drive off the car park. Overall it made my date. :-)

Great app to search and book a parking on the go. Be able to know for sure there is an available car park at the place I need to go is a bonus. I hate waiting at the pay station too, so it's another thing I don't need to worry about.

Do not use this service. Stuck in a car park unable to exit because the machine said it was unable to find my booking. No ones answering the emergency line. Terrible.

It's impossible to find information about which car spot to park in, parked in the wrong spot and then got an email from Divvy saying they won't tolerate "illegal parking". Incredible rude and ironic, design your product better and users will be better with following instructions.

Beware! "All day parking", is not all day, each car park has different times in tiny text. Arrived at a busy car park only to have the app say I can't enter until night. Then the hourly parking, you can enter the time you plan to go. But the search shows the hourly rate, not the fee for the time entered. But the fees are similar to the daily rate, so you would assume that is the full rate. You can't cancel a booking w/o 24hr notice. Wilson/Secure need 1hr. Would stick to trustworthy public car parks
