Excellent app! I suspect that the lower ratings have been given by people unable to download the NZ chart/map, which is a very large file at just under 1 GB & took about 2.5 hrs to download. But once downloaded, the GPS works perfectly, even at very low or very high speeds on land("Inland"=Km's) or sea ("Nautical"=Knots).

Now working. Many thanks for letting me know. Was working fine until this version released. Charts downloaded fine but doesn't connect to GPS on phone and keeps saying no GPS and therefore no position is shown. Other navigation apps work fine. GPS satellite finder app finds plenty of satellites and shows lat/long okay. Any ideas to fix? Has Samsung Galaxy phone and android 11.

Useless...only works on older versions of Android. Worked on my old phone fine.

I also have the issue of position not being updated. Use to work fine with older versions of android but ceased to work when I went to android 10. Have done all the usual checks to make sure all permissions granted and power saving not interfering with GPS updating etc. but to no avail. My phone GPS works fine with other Apps but not this one anymore. A shame because it used to be such a good one to use especially having all the charts available off-line. Got a nil response from DKW help
