Very good value and functionality, and will meet most recreational and small boaters needs. Charts are clear and zoomable with excellent detail. Locates you on chart within a meter or two almost instantaneously with GPS. Wish that island and passage names were more clearly shown. One deficiency is that CHART ORIENTATION is UNSTABLE, chart arbitrarily will sometimes spin, which is annoyingly disorientating, it ought to be possible to lock North fixed upwards in Settings, but it is not.

Works great no issues on my android 15 tablets. Note that you must have a tablet with gps chip for it to work properly and fully. Check the specs on any tablet you have or buy before loading the app to ensure it has gps.

App is really not bad - 4.5/5. Couple things to improve and... Nice: 1. Routing Auto/Saving/Editing - if you can do it at home - perfect. 2. Reverse/Duplicate/Import route - nice. 3. Anchor alarm - nice, if u stay overnight. 4. Weather right on the map 5. Price comparing to Avionics 6. No subscription 7. Offline maps Needs work: 1. Some areas are not digitized properly, shows up like a scan from old paper charts. 2. Auto routing offline. BUT - Amazing Customer service!!! 1 min reply!

Very useful tool for those without fishing maps. However, the app doesn't show depth contours for Pi Pine view reservoir in Utah.

What a rip-off! Forced to buy updated maps so the GPS function works. Pay $30 for an update, and you don't know how long it's good for.

Very disappointed. Paid for maps and now found out it is only for 1 year. App says tge map is out of date and will not let me use any of the functions. I know the map may change but for what I need it for if would be fine. No customer support or response from my emails. Avoid!

You have to pay for what noaa gives for free buying charts is useless as the areas change buoys move dredging of channels and sea buoys come up missing so why buy a chart I can get for free from noaa. Also the corp of engineers has charts to download if you have a GPS app.

Paid for Canada and US charts Aug 2025 and now its saying I need to buy the updated version and app is barley functional now and constantly asks me to pay $50 again for the 'updated' charts. I was under the impression it is supposed to be a 1 time purchase with ongoing free updates. Will adjust rating if the issue is resolved.
