All good, but why is some purchases missing tracks? Is there a way to enable all or something?

Sometimes it shows "no tracks that can played back" on an item I purchased, which I could find it and play it on the website. Maybe one's comment is right, if the track is not in a file, it won't show up on the app. Btw, IDK if I have missed it, I want to have floating subtitle and play videos on it.

The app is great for listening to audio purchased on DL Site. The only real downside is that while the website will display any text it can in English, it stays in Japanese in the app.

Great app, but the only thing is the library doesn't show works from doujinshi circles and only major labels. Aside from that, I have no issues.

As soon as I log in, it just displays a gray screen after loading my library. I've tried closing the app entirely, clearing the data, and restarting my phone. Not really sure what's causing the issue

Not working it shows what I bought but no tracks inside I check the files type in dlsite play, and it is the same one that said useable it only shows "no tracks that can be played back" and support didn't help anything just give me something that doesn't work and push me to use only dlsite play on browser

It was working fine at first, but today cannot sync with my library, I tried to log off and when I log in I get a permanent black screen
