1. Love the content & DMS team 2. But the app is sooooo temperamental. It crashes at least 5 times before start watching an episode. Please do some cleanups on the app so your content delivery much easier and less frustrating.

Have been access it on phone and tv on 5th June until now 7th June, and I still face freq error to play the video. It's buffering alot maybe due to high traffic to the app recently (Cirebon sequel x GRIN) so the server were down/lagging. So dear engineer and/or UX/UI you need to calculate plan to deal with influx users, by at least: 1. Give vary video quality option 2. Give download progress push notif (I can't even see the progress of my download) and ofc more technical improvement needed
