The app itself could definitely be more intuitive. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a contractor (poor communication, unclear meeting location, and questionable methods) and had to cancel the day prior to the job. The result was a call from the Dobby team, essentially reprimanding us for the cancellation. Not the best experience to say the least.
