Sweepstar changed on app initially but was an absolute pleasure dealing with sweep star and sweep south throughout process.

Sweep south is great, their stars are always well-mannered and kind. I would like to see some additional filter features on the app. Like being able to select sweep stars who will work with pets. Instead I have to individually check each star by selecting their profile and scrolling to bottom of the page to see if they are OK to work with pets in the environment, especially dogs, many stars are afraid of dogs.

It's great, but a serious wish they did not automatically schedule the service date for the next day. Rather make it blank with a required field to fill in the date. So many times I forget to check the date, and it is accidently booked for the next day instead of when I need it

We have used this service and have found it reliable (if the cleaner organized for your clean is unavailable a new one is offered). The cleaners have been honest, grat cleaners and easy to communicate with. It has been an easy app to use.

Ladies that work for this company do not all have valid work permits. Work permits are checked when they apply, but not after it has expired. My wedding band and diamond necklace was stolen. Company did investigation, but worker just denied it. She is still working there.

Im trying to alter my booking, they never answer WhatsApp and now when I called, now im on a call waiting for pickup, no answer, the girl picked up the 1st time and then when she heard me complain she hung up on me, now she keeps picking up and putting the phone on the side. They keep changing my booking to someone I didn't choose, I suggest you answer my WhatsApp and call me. Soo far I have received nothing but the worst service and you people's phone etiquette is the worst.

The current version of the app crashes (immediately closes) when ever you need to select from your previous favorite Sweep stars list. This includes clicking rebook next to a previously favorite Sweep star. Which means you can only rely on being assigned a random Sweep star which is incredibly annoying as you have to have someone new in your house each time. The website doesn't let you use this feature otherwise I would do it via the web instead.

I requested feedback from Sweep south and I still have not received feedback. After reading the reviews, I'm not going to go with this company. Very disappointing.
