There seems to be an issue on my Samsung Galaxy 9. Anytime I use the docu scribe app my phone is stuck in "in call" mode. So whenever I try to control the volume for media it says "in call volume" even though I'm no longer in a call, and I close the app. This happens every time I use the app I get stuck "in call" mode.

Unusable for intended purpose. Wants phone in airplane mode to dictate. When I am on call I must always be able to receive calls. I am unable to get playback through speaker and volume through phone inadequate even with volume slider all the way up. Switching from recording to review and restarting too cumbersome. Difficult to review and edit transcript. If didn't have to use airplane mode and could play back through speakers could give it 3 stars--minimally functional for intended purpose.

Mobile app forcing update, not allowing to bypass, but at play store site, only button to push says 'installed, no other command. Nothing happens and return to website returns to update block. No go. Box says installed. Clicking on it takes me play store login but after I log in, it says ok in green box and goes back to app.

The app is not reliable. There have been multiple times that I have submitted audio files to be uploaded, and it will say submit and continue and confirm that it was submitted and only realized after the fact that it did not get uploaded. I haven't been able to find anyone in customer support that that knows how to access files that have beent submitted from the application. I will not be using this application any longer it is not a stable application. Until can be better job of user-friendly
