Your visit starts with a specific questionnaire about your condition — each questionnaire has been carefully crafted by our healthcare professionals to make it extremely easy for you to give your doctor all the essential medical information they need. Once they have read through your answers, you'll be contacted by your doctor through our safe, private and discreet in-app chat. From there, you can continue your consultation at your own pace — it's as simple as sending a text. You'll get advice, diagnosis and, if needed, a prescription to treat your problem — all done quickly and effortlessly from your mobile phone. It's your healthcare, your way.
