Privacy policy is not clear even they have not mentioned if they will protect medical information? As per the privacy policy they can keep and share medical information in image format which is not right

Worst app. It's been 10 days since I started using this app as every time when doctor sents prescription it's not visible in the app. Complain the IT people also no one is able to solve it.
