It has become so life-saving, to not need to wait at the clinic for a full 2-hour cycle to see doctor and take medicine. Especially life-saving on days you can't drag yourself out of bed

So far, my experience with the Raffles Connect app has been really good. I have so far managed to book a health package, get Q no. before arriving at the clinic and yesterday had a Telecons with Dr. for my child at 7:15pm and medicine managed to arrive by 10:30pm 😁 and downloaded the MC via the app. Seamless and no complains at all!

Something there's glitch whereby you can't reschedule, cancel or even join the queue online. Feedback to raffles, and they just send a standard reply of instruction how to re-book appointment and reschedule.

Garbage I hate it the app will show you that a consultation is pending (as in its in session) but the doctor isn't even there? Schrodingers doctor?

1. The wait for an appointment can be 30 mins or greater, if there are no more slots available. This can be frustrating when we need to consult a doctor during our work day, while we may not be near a clinic, or we may be too sick to visit a clinic in person 2. There is also no website to view our insurance plans or submit claims. Things have to be done totally on a mobile device 3. The place to view panel clinics is also hidden and not intuitive

Very lousy app. Telecons is the worst. Patient is your customer, and you simply let your customer wait for 30 min without even trying to call.
