So far, my experience with the Raffles Connect app has been really good. I have so far managed to book a health package, get Q no. before arriving at the clinic and yesterday had a Telecons with Dr. for my child at 7:15pm and medicine managed to arrive by 10:30pm 😁 and downloaded the MC via the app. Seamless and no complains at all!

Very lousy app. Telecons is the worst. Patient is your customer, and you simply let your customer wait for 30 min without even trying to call.

Cant login to raffles connect at all using sing pass. An error keeps popping up.

The queue system doesn't work well in this app. I was waiting outside of clinic, and it says I'm the 4th person in the queue, and it suddenly changed to payment stage. I went in to the clinic, and they said my number was already called 10 minutes ago. Kindly help to fix this as some patients would prefer to wait outside as there's too many coughing going on inside (and people aren't wearing masks).

Garbage I hate it the app will show you that a consultation is pending (as in its in session) but the doctor isn't even there? Schrodingers doctor?
