So far, my experience with the Raffles Connect app has been really good. I have so far managed to book a health package, get Q no. before arriving at the clinic and yesterday had a Telecons with Dr. for my child at 7:15pm and medicine managed to arrive by 10:30pm 😁 and downloaded the MC via the app. Seamless and no complains at all!

Very lousy app. Telecons is the worst. Patient is your customer, and you simply let your customer wait for 30 min without even trying to call.

I am giving this app one star only because I have to leave a review. This does not deserve even one-star rating. User experience in this app is just the worst, importantly don't force people to use an app that doesn't work when they come to see a doctor. Hospital is not a place to force technologies just to get a queue number. Now after a few days I can't even find my own consultation history. Undergrad students will do a better job than this.

Horrible experience in almost every possible dimension. To pick up the doctor call in teleconsultation the app requires changing a battery setting (!?!). That setting doesn't even exist in my phone. Result? The functionality can't be used. I can't book a teleconsultation for my dependent because the app doesn't like her ID type. But it can't be changed. Result? The functionality can't be used. But they have no issue pushing through the advertising.

1. The wait for an appointment can be 30 mins or greater, if there are no more slots available. This can be frustrating when we need to consult a doctor during our work day, while we may not be near a clinic, or we may be too sick to visit a clinic in person 2. There is also no website to view our insurance plans or submit claims. Things have to be done totally on a mobile device 3. The place to view panel clinics is also hidden and not intuitive
