The patient visiting the doctor with an appointment is not getting the consultation at the booked time even after reaching to the hospital 20 minutes in advance. Hope hospital administration should take necessary action to rectify this issue because the patient who is visiting the doctor should get the appointment booking privileges. The complaint option on the app is not working. The number mentioned in the sms is not reachable. Appointment was at 9:20am, now it's 10:10am, and I am still waiting for my turn, No one here has a clue. Extremely bad experience. Not going to visit this hospital again for sure.

Logouts automatically. And again and again asking otp to login. Then now showing daily login limit exceeded. I still didn't receive my ultrasound report, after 4 hrs of the procedure. And hence want to check in the app.

I'm waiting for lab results, and checking the app several times, until it won't let me log in showing the message that I exceeded to log in time for this day! Seriously?

If you open the app a few times to check if the results are available, you get blocked saying exceeded the number of login for the day.
