The patient visiting the doctor with an appointment is not getting the consultation at the booked time even after reaching to the hospital 20 minutes in advance. Hope hospital administration should take necessary action to rectify this issue because the patient who is visiting the doctor should get the appointment booking privileges. The new rework is awful. Can tell it was vibe-coded entirely. The loading of the appointments takes almost too long, which shouldn't be happening at all. Really inefficient app and truly a waste of time.

Dear Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the poor maintenance and appointment handling at your hospital. I booked an appointment one week in advance. Despite reaching the hospital 15–20 minutes before my scheduled time, I was made to wait for more than one hour just for registration. This completely defeats the purpose of taking an appointment. If I know in every language bad words that's also not enough.

Logouts automatically. And again and again asking otp to login. Then now showing daily login limit exceeded. I still didn't receive my ultrasound report, after 4 hrs of the procedure. And hence want to check in the app.

I'm waiting for lab results, and checking the app several times, until it won't let me log in showing the message that I exceeded to log in time for this day! Seriously?
