Standard Schnauzer The Standard Schnauzer (Mittelschnauzer) is a dog breed that originated in Germany from at least 14th-15th century, of Schnauzer breed type and progenitor of the Giant Schnauzer and Miniature Schnauzer. Initially it was called Wire-Haired Pinscher, while Schnauzer was adopted in 1879. The literal translation is "snouter" from the German word for "snout" and means colloquially "moustache", or "whiskered snout", because of the dog's distinctively bearded snout.
Havanese dog Havanese is the national dog of Cuba, developed from the now extinct Blanquito de la Habana. The Blanquito descended from the also now-extinct Bichón Tenerife. It is believed that the Blanquito was eventually cross-bred with other Bichon types, including the Poodle, to create what is now known as the Havanese. Sometimes referred to as "Havana Silk Dogs", this was originally another name for the Blanquito de la Habana.
Norwegian Elkhound The Norwegian Elkhound is one of the Northern Spitz-type breed of dog and is the National Dog of Norway. The Elkhound has served as a hunter, guardian, herder, and defender. It is known for its courage in tracking and hunting moose and other large game, such as bears or wolves. The Norwegian Elkhound was first presented at a dog exhibition in Norway in 1877.

This app is right on with the dog breeds. I knew what my dog breeds was, and I downloaded this app to see how accurate it was, and it's spot on. My dog is very intelligent, and I always call him an escape artist and that was even in the information about my dog said his breed was very intelligent and are known to be escape artist, and he sure is one

Told me my long-haired Jack Russell Terrier was an Irish Wolfhound and then gave me an ad for a scam gambling app. Wouldn't recommend.

I pointed at a Chihuahua and Said that was a different dog breed I thought this app was Smart

Got my Papillon (of course) but can't even see my other dog, no matter which method or angle I try... We know her breeds, and it does get one when it recognizes her head in the image, but nothing else. Pulls up random breeds instead.

Breed scanner does not work. Everytime it makes me watch an ad to use the breed identifier. Fair enough, but then it just sticks on the picture and nothing happens. I've tried different pictures, I'm fully connected to Wi-Fi and the app has all the permissions it needs. I'm not sitting though loads of ads to not be able to use something as advertised.

Breed descriptions are well written. Breed identification is not accurate. I have full-blooded hounds (american foxhound, american leopard hound-unrecognized, beagle, and english coon hound) and they all came up as a beagle.
