The feeder works as advertised. Since the 22nd of November update, the location of the phone has to be on all the time. I am so pissed. The app wouldn't work without or limited location access. So I am forced to sacrifice battery life for my dogness when it's not at all necessary for the function of the smart feeder. 1 Star until this changes.

Why does this app now require full time access to the phone location to open? I have been using it for months and the latest update changed the required permissions. I am only using the feeder portion of the app so it should at most only need permission to location when the app is running.
