My cats adapted quickly and seem to like it better than their old litter box. My youngest, one year, plays on it in mid-cycle and the cycle pauses until the cat moves on then resumes and completes cycle. Very sensitive to the presence of the cats. Only had this one month but I'm impressed.

Great product and app. I have two Fresh Element Solo's...one for each cat. I have been using them for about a week and so far they have worked impeccably. Setup was easy. Aside from automatically feeding the cats, I find them useful in maintaining a controlled diet. Using the app, I can tweak the feeding schedule as required...it's very simple. I initially found it useful to use an electronic scale to determine the exact grams, with my cat food, dropped into the bowls. Nice product and app.

The app shouldn't need my location for me to manually reset my water filter timer. Also, Pet kit+ subscriptions should not be needed for each device. One subscription should cover all devices.

Update: I can't stand this app or the litter box. You can't force it to clean, or it will stop mid-clean because it's piece of trash sensor keeps thinking a car is approaching. It's such an infuriating waste of time. There is an app, it won't allow you to clean. There are buttons, they don't work either. Original: I'm only using the litter box, and I wish there was an easier way to force clean and override the pet detection for a cleaning.
