App is good tbf, I have a pet kit automatic cat litter box for my two kitties, and it gives the weight of your cats when using the box. It also tells you how many times they have used the box. Very handy app to have and easy to use.

It's ok as an app once logged in, but it's incredibly annoying that I have to log in every time I use the app as it keeps saying session has expired and logs me out. Please make it so that it stays permeant logged in, it's hardly a security risk, is it?!

Used this app happily for a long time. Recently the notifications stopped arriving. I started a support chat. I followed instructions the agent gave me. I sent the screenshots they asked for. They told me the screenshots were not enough and demanded a video. When I pointed out I had already done what they asked, they said they cannot help me unless I send a video What they really mean is "we do not believe you". One star until support learns how to treat the people paying for the product

I used to be able to edit meal plan on 2 phones. Then one phone stopped being able to edit meal plan. Now, both phone can't edit meal plans which means pet kit is useless. Can only give snacks.

Location is demanded to connect to an automatic litter box. To "Access information about pet owners around you, get the system Wi-Fi..." I don't want to know about other pet owners around me for any social pressure sales tactics, or for location breaches.
