App is good tbf, I have a pet kit automatic cat litter box for my two kitties, and it gives the weight of your cats when using the box. It also tells you how many times they have used the box. Very handy app to have and easy to use.

every now and then, notifications stop working. So, the letterbox might get full, and I fail to get the notification to clean it, then my cat is trying to use it while dirty. You should add a litter level alert. The camera can already pan to see inside and the tub litter liner has markings for litter levels. I would think it would be pretty easy to have the camera scan and if it sees 3 bars in the defined area, send an alert.

This is almost 2 months old. Cylinder stops mid-cycle and says pet in box or pet approaching. Neither is true. Constantly receiving litter bin is full when it is not, or after it has been cleaned. Now when the cylinder rotates there is a noticeable thump that occurs in the same spot. I take great care of this machine in hopes that it would properly function for more than two months. I give it two stars because it is better than a litter tray but for a machine that costs $100s I expect much more.

Used this app happily for a long time. Recently the notifications stopped arriving. I started a support chat. I followed instructions the agent gave me. I sent the screenshots they asked for. They told me the screenshots were not enough and demanded a video. When I pointed out I had already done what they asked, they said they cannot help me unless I send a video What they really mean is "we do not believe you". One star until support learns how to treat the people paying for the product

I used to be able to edit meal plan on 2 phones. Then one phone stopped being able to edit meal plan. Now, both phone can't edit meal plans which means pet kit is useless. Can only give snacks.

App is good but the Wi-Fi connection goes bad after a week and the device needs unplugging and rep lugging back in to get the camera and other features working again. I work in IT, so I know it's not my Wi-Fi setup. Something is wrong with pet kit somewhere.
