A wonderful addition to our household. We have 3 cats who use it. Since we also have traditional litter boxes that are used (1 box per cat ratio), it is soon time to replace another box in a different place in the house.

Works well, helps manage our old cancer cat. Seems to go offline more than I'd like, but a quick unplug does the trick. Empty at 65% full, or you'll have a mess to clean up.

Great app only thing if whisker reads these reviews, I have one thing needs to be added to the app. A way to make sure the litter robot hopper works. We have no way to confirm it works until it needs it. Ran into this twice I deep cleaned the robot and somehow didn't get the hopper on right, and it didn't work. Nice button on the app to confirm it works goes along aways.

Whisker needs to add an option in the app that manually forces the Litter Hopper to release litter, so it can function as it was designed to. However, people should be warned against buying any Litter Robot at all since the Whisker company falsely advertises their letterboxes as lower maintenance. I have to clean mine multiple times a day due to the poor design flaw that rolls feces and pee on the inside of the machine where your kitties are rubbing up against and getting yucky stuff on their fur.

The robot does not stay connected to the app and has me reset it. Every few months.

App functionality is hit-and-miss, especially the notifications. I have a Litter Hopper and an enclosed cabinet and really rely on the notifications to tell me when I need to refill, when the drawer needs to be emptied, or when there's a fault. Notifications are turned on, and I can see them if I go into the app, but they don't always get pushed as alert pop-ups to my phone, even though I have allowed all notifications on my phone. Not great when you can't actually see the robot.
