The Robot has been a lifesaver! I have 3 cats and they use it regularly. I do have a second litter box in another part of the house, so I can separate the cats, but they do use both.

With six cats I only have to change the bag out and not actually scoop litter. With my bad back that is a huge plus saving on bending over. The app lets me know when the drawer is full or if I need to add litter. Don't know why we didn't get one sooner.

More than happy with the cat litter robot, I've got 4 cats, and they have taken to it straight away, since using the litter robot will never look back to an ordinary cat litter tray.

I updated this review because now I have to pay for my cats data, and I can opt out from you collecting my cats. I find it old that you are charging me for information I am providing after buying one of your litter boxes. Please review your charges for the app. Since all that information used to be free.

App always takes forever to load, it crashes, it never notified me even tho notifications are enabled. My robot is constant going offline even though my Wi-Fi never goes out. I wouldn't recommend this smart litter box as the app is so dumb

Won't push notifications no matter what I do. I got a LR4 a few days ago (my first litter robot of any kind/brand). I now have 4 cats, so it was time. So far the robot itself seems to work fine (aside from the filter falling out into the pan w/o my knowing it until I emptied). I was hoping it would notify me when a cat went, so I could correctly asign them all. It doesn't notify me of ANYTHING. I have to go into the app itself. And when I tried to email them it won't scan my QR code.

Does the basics well, but please add more frequent notification options for the tray and hopper. Litter hopper empty and bin full seem to be all that is available, trigger alerts at 75 or 90%, multi cat households need more warning of the robot is going to be completely non-functional overnight. Far too many mornings do I wake up to an absolutely overflowing tray because a single Alert went out at 1:15am.
