More than happy with the cat litter robot, I've got 4 cats, and they have taken to it straight away, since using the litter robot will never look back to an ordinary cat litter tray.

The robot works perfectly. When the collection box is full the robot notifies us to remove the full litter bag and install a new bag. Lightyears better than the daily scooping of feces

App functionality is hit-and-miss, especially the notifications. I have a Litter Hopper and an enclosed cabinet and really rely on the notifications to tell me when I need to refill, when the drawer needs to be emptied, or when there's a fault. Notifications are turned on, and I can see them if I go into the app, but they don't always get pushed as alert pop-ups to my phone, even though I have allowed all notifications on my phone. Not great when you can't actually see the robot.

Reconnecting the machine is the WORST. I do like the custom notifications, but the smart weight system needs work, like being able to assign a past reading to a known cat. Love the robot, hate the finicky UI and app.

Won't push notifications no matter what I do. I got a LR4 a few days ago (my first litter robot of any kind/brand). I now have 4 cats, so it was time. So far the robot itself seems to work fine (aside from the filter falling out into the pan w/o my knowing it until I emptied). I was hoping it would notify me when a cat went, so I could correctly asign them all. It doesn't notify me of ANYTHING. I have to go into the app itself. And when I tried to email them it won't scan my QR code.
