The app is extremely buggy. Logs me out regularly and all I get is error messages trying to log back in or reset my password. If this happens on a weekend, you can't get in touch with anyone to help, and I have to hope that my dog doesn't choose to leave the yard on Saturdays or Sundays when something isn't working.l

The notifications have entirely too much latency. I want to know immediately if there is an issue. There are simple fixes to this, if only the company would bother.
