The advanced tele-consultation app enables patients to receive care remotely, without the need for immediately visiting a hospital or clinic.
Focused on accelerating diagnosis and treatment, Remote Care Platform’s AI-powered engine empowers users to check their symptoms from the convenience of their smartphone. If further steps are required, the app will connect the patient to a medical professional via telephone or video calling who will offer their expertise.
To manage care remotely, the app also enables users to obtain referrals and prescriptions from home, with medication delivered directly to a chosen address. For greater convenience and to ensure safety, Remote Care Platform can also connect the elderly and vulnerable with remote testing stations.

Not working. I tried entering my family member (father) who was on visit here but the DOB doesn't allow to check dates before 2004 ..i just un installed. I think there should be a standard to test before going live with an app. Eles it just becomes like a data collection point

App is not working, it gives an error during sign up. "Password should contain 1 capital letter , 1 small letter, 1 number and at least 8 characters". Even though following the rules but still it keeps on giving the same error message again and again.

Booked an appointment with a provider. Didn't receive any call at the scheduled time. Called the provider twice but was informed to expect a call back. This app should have capability to contact the provider using the app itself, further the app should monitor the punctuality of providers in providing the service. Finally was able to contact the provider who informed that the service is not available for new patients. App should restrict booking by new patient with a provider.
