Hi easy reader is the best application for reading books specially for blind users but after the latest update I found one issue the app does not work with voicify TTS and I use the app with this TTS and I turn off my screen the apps stop working, so I request to the developer please fix this issue and provide to support Android 14 and provide better experience

Horrible I signed up for RNIB Reading Services. I went on the app, logged in to the area, picked a book. Downloaded it. Pressed play and the app closed. I got rid of the app turned the phone off. Tried the full process again but the app closed again. I rang RNIB who told me to ring Dolphins easy reader they said they do not offer support by telephone or email. How horrible! I just wanted to access the books to re discover the joys of reading and this app is yet another barrier!

It is very frustrating to find the book always reverts to Chapter 1. Every morning I find myself scrolling through chapters to find my place and having to listen to chapters again over and over to find it. The bookmark function makes no difference as there is no option to 'Go to last Bookmark'. This is destroying the listening experience-how terrible for Authors who donate their books. There's something wrong with the App.
