Daughter's orthodontist recently switch to this new system. Tried setting up an account to no avail. If either keep getting a, "issue communicating with the server", message or a "could not verify information provided". Was hoping I could get around the app by using a web version of the system, but nope, it doesn't exist. Forced to call the or tho's office for any billing or scheduling questions now.

Unusable since no email to verify new account. Forgot password feature works but cannot get new account verified. Checked spam and tried to resend code muly times, but it won't send to Gmail.

The app freezes when I open it. It doesn't work and will not let me tap on any part of the screen. My daughter's or tho uses this application, so I want to be able to use it on my end but obviously, it doesn't work on my android. I'll update my post if it gets fixed.
