★★☆☆☆ Better than Google Photos for mp4 files, but that's about it. It doesn't even support screen rotating, which, in this day and age, is standard. Thus, it's sub-standard. I see a lot of negative reviews from others, and nobody from Dolphin has responded to any of the negative reviews from others. That should tell you that the people at Dolphin just don't care about the quality of their apps, which should tell you why a lot of the reviews are negative.
