The service, delivery time and taste is perfect (It's much better compared to other countries). But the application itself is not very user-friendly. I don't know if it's because it's the Japanese version or the app lacks this aspect for every country.

I'm not IN Japan, I just use a VPN. But the U.S. app that I had isn't sending emails to reset my password after it logged me out... And now all I find are apps for the company OUTSIDE the U.S. I'm never ordering anything from this company again. -_- Not even going to the shops to order in person.
