Hi my name is Maria and I lost my son, Travis, to suicide 2 1/2 months ago... It's the worst thing to ever happen to anyone. My son was loved, and he tried to fight his mental illness. I'm doing my first walk on September 16, 2023 in Savannah with "out of the darkness ". I'm still in shock, and I want to try and help with anything I can. No one should ever feel like they have no other option than suicide. I can't bring him back, but we can all fight to prevent suicide and save lives.

Due to MS related cognitive issues, I have not been able to manage the site for WalkMS2024.!? Sad that it is so difficult to manage for me. I've fundraised for years and haven't had the ability to help fundraise this year!!??
