The app crashes your phone or blacks it out. May just be me. But retrieving my donations...very difficult.

This app keeps pushing for people to use. The problem is that if you don't have any family or friends you will get nothing! They give zero help in notifying potential donors! They should know who donates! 3 times I have used this app with ZERO results. They keep saying reach out! OK, smart asses, to whom? Serious waste of time!

Don't plan on getting money when you need it. Takes 5 business days to get a transfer for one donation but the other that happened from the same person same bank earlier is being held.... then another donation is being held up for an unknown reason. When I reached out to the person who made the donation they sent me a screenshot that it has cleared their account already 4 days ago... this is gone fund me holding the funds . They reversed payment and sent it to me cash app. You lose go. Fund me.

I'm the only one who has donated to my own fundraiser to save my fur babies Bubbles doggy and Rain kitten they both still need vet surgery after I have been through domestic violence but not 1 person has donated just nasty people comments on my disabilities and my fur babies trauma bad form

I have sent a message to the legal department and the security department to freeze my GoFundMe so no worker or AI can manipulate or alter documents and neither department has responded Elliot from the support department has shown altered documents and the legal department and security department has allowed who ever to keep altering ledgers and documents I have asked for identification numbers on everything from donors and everything else they have refused they have not freezed it FBI will see
