I purchased this card and coupon app to support a couple kids on a football team. Unfortunately a lot of the places listed on the app will not accept the coupons. They say I need a paper coupon or through their own app. Not sure the point of paying for these coupons if I can't use them.

After installing this app on a new phone it will not allow me to login. If I try to reset the password it sends me the link to reset, but when I try to log in with my new password it gives me an error, does not recognize email or password. I've been locked completely out of this benefit with no way to login and access it on my new phone. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, that didn't work. Tried to re-register with the code on the card and did not work. In this case I'm not getting what I paid for.

The coupons aren't valid. I have tried to use several and managers/employees deny them every time. The app works fine. The coupons are worthless.
