Saya didenda senilai 50% dari kelas karena no show. Padahal dari studio kelasnya yang cancel karena low attendance. Setidaknya customer juga diberi pilihan untuk cancel di bawah 8 jam dengan alasan-alasan tertentu seperti di atas. Jangan main denda aja. Ini juga hanya bisa complain via website yang gatau bakal direspon apa enggak. At least give us security by giving a hotline number or something. Jeez.

Ada pilihan login/sign up dengan facebook. Setelah connect ke FB kenapa dia kembali ke halaman sign up yg musti ngisi email, nomor tlp, dll? Duh jelek gitu ux nya. Uninstall langsung.

They have a great amount of different venues, that's probably the only plus. UX is frustrating. List booking-nya sesuai waktu kita booking, jadi tumpang tindih, ga sesuai hari/jam kelas. Berantakan. Kelas banyak yg kosong di jadwal, tapi ga bisa book krn sering bug "The slot is full" atau "The class is closed" hampir di semua kelas, doesn't make any sense. Setahunan pake app ini ga banyak improvement. CS juga cuma email, jd slow respon banget. Setelah kontrak habis, mau pindah app aja.

sy coba doo krn ada corporate partnership. utk corporate price hrs beli via website, tapi websitenya harganya ga update lalu setiap saya klik selalu redirected ke appnya dan disuruh beli dengan harga normal (?). akhirnya saya belinya manual dilayani lsg oleh CSnya tp repot bgt krn bolak balik cancelled dan beli lagi. pls dibenerin or else ga usah pake ada corporate promo krn beli passnya rempong bgt, knp ga pake promo code aja? btw historically, kl bayar pake cc OTP codenya selalu ga nongol.
