Pretty cool app. I didn't have to punch in a code to use it. I couldn't figure it out at first, but it turns out you have to hold your phone against the lock after hitting the key icon, and it takes like 1.5 seconds. If you think you'll ever forget your keys inside, I suggest just having the app for backup.

My apartment complex just upgraded everyone to this system, and admittedly I was a little worried when I saw the reviews. But it's genuinely so easy. You open the app, you tap the giant "key" button on the screen, and you hold your phone up to the door (like tap-to-pay). THAT'S IT. You do NOT have to put in your passcode every time you need to unlock something. You ONLY need to put in your passcode if you want to see details about the key. Seriously, this app could not be easier to use.

This app is very frustrating to use. It always takes at least a minute to load, and frequently will not work at all without completely restarting my device. I don't know why my apartment switched from keys to this system, but it is quite frustrating to deal with.

Convenience is a great idea, but execution is poor. This app takes forever to open the door ! I'd just prefer a regular key. This app needs some fixing to be faster, otherwise it's just annoying.
