I pick up some of my medications from Sable Park Pharmacy. The problem is that they have no app to activate my new/refill meds like Mac Dill has. Are there any plans to update this app process to include Sable so wait times can be reduced?

It doesn't really give me any information about my prescriptions. It's just basically a messaging system with the pharmacy but with very limited information. I get an answer from them but if I send more than one I am not even sure which one they are responding to. I don't even get notified when the prescription is actually ready for me to pick up. It would be great if it included all the necessary information

Just too many bugs and inefficiencies to make the app usable. If a notification is sent, it comes in triplicate. Requires a separate password for Genesis within the app, so now I need 2 passwords. Logs me out for no reason and means I need a new password every time I need to log on. Keeps telling me to update OHI even tho I've done it numerous times. Issues not fixed no matter how many times I notify Tech support. Just awful.
