I really love my Elna Air Artist machine. I knew that at that low price, it would be very basic and mainly for beginners or people like me who want to create simple designs on clothing. The app works very well and is extremely user-friendly, however it would be great if I could create my own designs to import to the app. Will this be something that you are looking to develop? It would be great to get some feedback regarding future upgrades, thanks.

I have just started experimenting with the Air Artist machine and the Dot Customizer app, and it appears to have quite some potential for creativity. I have also found the instruction manual for the embroidery machine quite valuable for a beginner. However, I need a copy of the manual for the Dot Customizer now that I am wanting to import different designs and cannot find a working email address for supporting at Draw stitch, the developer of the app. Can anyone else help, or is it possible to get a copy of the English language manual for the app anywhere else? For those of us who do not have loads of spare cash I think this a great introduction into machine embroidery

Worst app ever. On 4 devices works good for a month then crashes and u move on to another device works good crashes again. I don't use drop box either and when I try to open it crashes can't even use the designs built into it fuz I can't open app it crashes. Waste of money on a machine that u can't even use due to this app.

Omg this machine sewing is good, But the app needs sorting, I do my embroidery but can not delete it its like the machine has a mind of its own Because I try to do my new design and the last design gets done again also, Thier is no explanation if you have trouble putting in your own design then getting rid of it ! Please sort all out to do with this machine o and its very clunky,,,

Requested acces to every file, every corner of my phone including the android system settings. Too invasive. Plus it seemed difficult to use, Not in any way fluid or intuitive.
