I have just started experimenting with the Air Artist machine and the Dot Customizer app, and it appears to have quite some potential for creativity. I have also found the instruction manual for the embroidery machine quite valuable for a beginner. However, I need a copy of the manual for the Dot Customizer now that I am wanting to import different designs and cannot find a working email address for supporting at Draw stitch, the developer of the app. Can anyone else help, or is it possible to get a copy of the English language manual for the app anywhere else? For those of us who do not have loads of spare cash I think this a great introduction into machine embroidery

I really love my Elna Air Artist machine. I knew that at that low price, it would be very basic and mainly for beginners or people like me who want to create simple designs on clothing. The app works very well and is extremely user-friendly, however it would be great if I could create my own designs to import to the app. Will this be something that you are looking to develop? It would be great to get some feedback regarding future upgrades, thanks.

I hate this stupid clunky Not user-friendly app. The included designs are simplistic and dull. Very fiddly and half the options don't do anything.

I bought this on sale for $450, it is touted as a $950 machine! For that price I expected a more user-friendly app/gui and if you are a beginner like me to embroidery, the "beginner" option is not helpful. I can upload my own files, but there is no digitizer? The app is outdated, old, not user-friendly and so slow you could stitch faster by hand! Luckily I only want it for small logos and branding but UPDATE this APP PLEASE and bring it into the 21st century! We bought it because we want tu USE
