The worst app EVER !!!!!! At first, it shows that you got a super discount, and it is true yes it is but when we order it and then go back to check if the product is really ordered or not IT SHOWS" Oops no orders yet" but in reality you've ordered the products, and it's getting shipped, and then it comes near your area and goes back without delivering the parcel, and then it shows that there is an issue with we are enabled to deliver your order again and again WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Worst service ever. I have ordered 4 products but 1 product is missing from the package I called on the customer care helpline number, instead of solution they redirected to WhatsApp chat and when I raised complaint there they said they will look into this matter but after 4hrs they messaged "The conversation has been closed due to inactivity". Why can't I get the resolution or at least a timeline. Dot and Key please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP

Disappointed with the service. I ordered two products, and I wanted to cancel the 1st order but neither dot and key nor delivery agent cancelled the order. Delivery agent told me that he can't cancel the order as there is no option for cancellation. I called customer service they told not to pick up the call but the delivery agent called me to take the product when I didn't pick up the call he had given the product to other person without permission. Do choose the delivery partner wisely.
