⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Worst service ever! I placed my order on 14th, and I still haven't received it. At the time of ordering, the website showed 24–48 hours for delivery, but it's been far longer than that. Every time I contact customer support, they keep saying, "Please wait another 48 hours," but nothing changes. I also emailed them several times, and all I received were automated replies instead of an actual solution. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. No proper update.

Worst experience, I have ordered Moisturizer and fash wash of 200ml. But they delivered me 100ml. Now they are not ready to return\replace or refund the product. Even they promised me 2 free products which I didn't receive. So don't order products from their app.
