My experience has been very good, doughnuts are very yummy and tge app is user-friendly. However, 100 rupees delivery charges are a bit too much, especially after dough with tye flow have its outlet in phase 7, gigga mall and the delivery address being in phase 8.

Such an inconvenience to order from them, I ordered at night around 11:50 pm, and they accepted the order and gave me an order number but didn't send doughnuts or confirm anything they replied next day and apologized and asked if they want me to have the order now I said fine, but they again took two freakin hours to confirm anything and their numbers never respond the call ever. Deleting the app.

July 30 edit: Today's order of 6 donuts was a combination of 2 good donuts + 4 extremely oily and stale donuts. What happened?? App works fine but it is finicky. Seems to be in development. Sometimes it doesn't want to deliver to my location. Other times it doesn't have a problem with where I live. Donut selection is extremely limited. Cinnamon flavors are gone. I'm not too happy with the actual delivery service as well, but that has nothing to do with the app, I guess.

Horrible experience. Booked an order a day in advance. I tried to contact them a few times, but their helpline was closed. Tried a different number, but it was the same situation. Eventually I got into contact with a representative by emailing them and them contacting me directly. The order was delivered 7 hours after it was supposed to. The rider would not pick up my calls. He couldn't find the location either. Never ordering from here again.
