The app is good. Please add the description of the different menu items like burger, pizza etc. Like there are different burgers and pizzas, but there is no description what's in it. It would be easy if we know what we are ordering only the names aren't enough.

App is just amazing, just one thing, DownTown should also train their staff for this also. I placed order via app and after 31 minutes called DownTown Hafizabad, and they said sorry your order will take 40 more minutes, I mean they even didn't accept my order till I called them, this really is unacceptable, and I so badly want to cancel the order as it is too late to eat, specially when it's fast food.

I ordered at 1 AM (02 05 2023) and after being repeatedly told that the rider is on its way. Later, they stopped picking up the call and no delivery was made even after 90 minutes. Pathetic service. (Hafizabad Branch)

Placed order through app, after one hour waiting I inquired abt my order they said the app is not working, place the order on phone, going to uninstall it, you guys better to not install it.
