Horrible Experience: Lama Retail Won't Give Money Back for card payments My experience with Lama Retail was terrible. I ordered three shirts in December but got only two in January, and one was the wrong size. When I tried to return it, they didn't communicate well and didn't fix the problem. What's worse, Lama Retail has a rule that they won't give your money back. This is really bad and makes shopping with them a big risk. Avoid Lama Retail if you can to save yourself from a bad time.
