I have an Android phone and when I first ordered Guides on the app, I had a lot of trouble getting the app to open to the guides I had purchased. I contacted Support and they were very helpful. It took a couple of days, but working together, they got it working for me. I find that if I'm not getting good reception, the app doesn't work as well as I'd like. I don't know if it's still my phone or if that is just how it is for everyone. I do know that Customer Support is terrific.

During my teenage years in the 90s (Grenada) I was captivated reading Doyle guide stories. I just downloaded the app and deleted it right away as it's restrictive. I want to be able to use and explore the app without registration. The less I have to register/login is the more, the merrier. What a Shame. After several years from not reading any stories I was looking forward to a Doyle guide stories binge. I am no sailor but will love a hard copy of each location, but it's too pricey for me.
