From the assembly of scaffolding, through the services of surface protection (painting and fireproofing), thermal and acoustic insulation, electromechanical, etc., and including the inspections necessary to guarantee the quality in the execution of these services. All of this in a digital, safer and more reliable way and also much more accessible.
Our solution is adapted for mobile and web platforms, with the flexibility to also work offline for websites and industrial areas without an internet connection. Synchronizing information in real time, while providing an overview of all work that is being performed.
With the possibility of integration with several tools on the market (ERPs, DMSs, BI Tools, RPA Tools, MS Office Tools, etc.) and with an ability to adapt to different industrial scenarios, DPMS is a considerably flexible solution and able to simplify and digitize processes much more safely, efficiently and quickly.
** Day to day with DPMS **
In our solution we have full control of the steps related to the daily service orders carried out at the plants (surveys, estimates, authorizations, planning, execution and inspection). In addition, auxiliary controls can be configured in DPMS such as: electronic Permissions To Work, resource allocation, time control, material control, etc.
With DPMS, we significantly reduced the use of paper and forms and, in addition, we concentrated the information in safe and reliable databases since all the information is collected through tablets and smartphones and synchronized on the servers.

- Survey all items related to the service order (scaffolding, thermal insulation, painting, electromechanical, mechanics, instrumentation, etc.); - Detail each item with the related contractual services; - Create a pre-planning for the execution of these services; - Price all items and their services related to the Service Order.
→ Authorization of Services
- If necessary, control the authorizations to perform the services. Avoid future doubts and discussions when measuring the services performed. - Make your request / execution process more transparent.

- Plan and set deadlines for your services; - Define the person responsible for each service and grant permissions; - Define the location, duration, date of execution, number of people, among other information related to each service;
→ Execution (Performance):
- Track the progress of all services in real time; - View advances in interactive dashboards; - Make strategic decisions based on KPIs consistent with your reality in the area; - Control the revisions of the services raised and the request for extra services.
→ Inspection:
- Control the quality of services provided for in technical standards; - Check the compatibility between the service performed and the initial specification; - Generate any lists of NCs (non-conformities); - Generate your Ris directly from the tablet. This important feature allows inspection reports to be generated automatically (including photos and signatures).
