Simply powerful I love the concept of the agnostic healthy eating plan described in the Diet Cults book. No forbidden foods, just good guidelines. This app is the perfect companion to help get a good picture of eating habits. It does just what is needed. Well worth the small price.

If this app worked well, I would probably give it 4 stars. It is simple and easy to use (when it works). However, 2 big issues with it: 1) It often forgets what I have already input for the day. I load it and the day has no info 2) It crashes on re-load almost every time. It's quite quick to start up, so it doesn't make it unusable, but very irritating

Huge let down This is a disappointingly poor app and nothing but a glorified calculator. In its current to form it's a huge let-down compared to the series of Race Weight books which are excellent. To avoid diluting the race weight 'brand' this app should be taken out of circulation and enhanced with features such as saving features, dateline QFS and the ability to track other race weight measures e.g. weight, body fat.

I used to use this app, stopped for a while, and haven't been able to get past the new login page. I've tried to create an account, just get an error message. Uninstalled and re-installed, same problem.
