Couldn't even register with my Norwegian bank ID. I tried to log in multiple times, but I was sent back to the beginning of the process each time. So it wasn't possible for me to book an appointment at all.

After several video consultations I feel the service has a lot of potential but is being held back by a very poor quality app. Problems I have encountered include: Calls unable to use Bluetooth headset (major issue considering the need for privacy and use of phone camera). Calls connecting with video but without sound for one or both participants. App refuses to register that phone permissions have been set. Cycles continuously between app and android settings for permissions.

The video call function simply does not work. Tried multiple times, white screen and no sound every single time. The appointment also simply disappears from the app, so you can't try calling the doctor back to try again. Very frustrating.
