How App Works:
The app Ensure proper healthcare and confirmed consultation with the Doctor, so you need not worry about the time of the booking or slot occupancy. Find all the available time slots for appointment times and make a booking whenever and wherever in just a tap. The patient has to book an appointment before the visit to the Doctor by registering into the app.
Dr. Jeevan Kankaria app is using Quickblox third-party SDK integration to provide video call functionality to it's users. So, all the user data is kept safe on our secure servers and the data stored during video call will be stored at Quickblox as well stored user Name ,user Email id and user id. Our refund policy gives you an option to cancel the services you bought on Dr. Jeevan Kankaria mobile app for any reason within the specified time period (24 hours before scheduled time) and We will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
One need to cancel appointment and apply for refund before 24 hours of scheduled time. After the mentioned timeline the customer wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. In case where the User, does not show up for the appointment booked with a Practitioner, without cancelling the appointment beforehand, the amount will not be refunded.
Where cancellation charges have been levied (as charged by the Practitioner/Doctor), you would not be eligible to get whole refund even if you have annulled beforehand.
In case, when the Practitioner with whom User has booked a paid appointment via the App has not been able to attend the User, User will need to write to us at info@emizentech.com within Three (3) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as mentioned on the Website will be refunded to the User within the next Seven (7) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking.
All the payments go directly to Dr. Jeevan Kankaria's official accounts and the app development partner Emizentech Pvt. Ltd. is only taking care of fine functioning of bookings. Emizentech is only offering support and maintenance to the IT infrastructure and has no gain out of these transitions.
Note* You have to visit the clinic two hours before your appointment if the patient is unable to reach the clinic on time, the appointment will be canceled from our side.
Note* Online payment applicable for Telephonic Consultation and Advance Booking Appointament.
