Pretty damn good. Formulates answers based on the most recent guidelines from nationally recognized authoritative sources of all disciplines. Health care professionals really benefit from having this fast AI. So will the public. I love that it lists hyperlinks for all the sources it has based its clinical suggestions from. If I have a question as to the veracity/ reliability of the AI's suggestion I can tap the hyperlinks and read the clinical studies for myself.

I am giving a 4 star because the idea is perfect. There is a lot of data and if someone can scan and find the best updated citations, what else would an academician need. Although, the research type search is called the basic search, actually, you should promote that portion more as it gives a hint on what we can actually read. I saw some good article suggestions while searching for data about hematological conditions. Best portion was the latest articles of 2024 were also cited.

Failed on a few questions on delirium management. Embarrassingly bad. Failed to distinguish between ICU delirium and non ICU delirium. Cited ancient and/or obscure studies and made wrong deductions. So bad that I immediately canceled my subscription, before (thankfully) I had to pay.

Sample prompt on the site, truncated: what adjustments should be made for ADHD, BPD, MDD, anxiety, and paranoia, currently on lamotrigine, lumateperone, quetiapine, and vortioxetine? So. The prompt didn't mention what any of this was for, nor the dosages (is the Seroquel a baby dose for insomnia or a dose for psychosis? Anxiety? MDD adjunct?) nor why they have to tweak the treatment plan (what symptoms aren't controlled?). Any advice the AI could give to this prompt is garbage, don't buy it.

After having experienced the amazing free use of open evidence (no longer available to non-US doctors) this AI program is simply horrible and not worth using even if it would be free. It takes forever to respond, doesn't know commercial names of drugs and reviews even sources from 1986 for a simple clinical question. I've tried prompting for latest guidelines (which he is unable to find) or recent literature with very little success. I cannot understand how this is an award-winning AI program.

Can't Ask Questions Even After Reboot - It says Debug needs to be set to false when I tried to sign up after submitting a support ticket. Now I can't even put more details under "Tell is more" for this review. It just spins. What is going on?!
