I dislike the new crown reward system. It used to be great at rewarding crowns for regular players. Now, unless you spend thousands (I only spend less than $100 a week, but it adds up), there are no crowns. That being said, the app runs smoothly, and the support is excellent. The prizes are huge.

First experience with customer service was after I noticed a typo where a RB1 was listed at like over 9.5 rushing yards. I placed my largest bet ever at $100. Then they fixed the typo and the third string RB was listed, and he got 0 yards. Lost $100. The most recent issue and dismissive customer support was after entering a $20 MNF lineup with $500k 1st place. After submitting the lineup and as it was processing I hit "back" and chose to "dismiss" the entry. Well, the $20 had already been taken.

The last few days I've been getting this "we can't verify your location" message every time I try to submit a lineup. I recently moved to NC a month ago, which allows draftkings, I don't have a VPN set up saying I live in a banned state, plus I was able to submit lineups just last week. I haven't changed any location permissions, like Google said might be the problem. I can still play the free pools even. What gives? How can I rectify this?!

Don't understand what all the hype is about, the app won't even load. I downloaded it and started an account and after that the app just stops working every single time. I was excited to sign up and a d start playing but the app crashes every single time I try. I guess this is a sign from above that I shouldn't start gambling.
