I love jack pocket I wish they had scratch-offs for NJ as well. I play scratch off more in the store than the lottery. It would be nice to play scratch-offs on jacket pocket for NJ as well.

This is a joke. They moved under draftkings and then wouldn't let me use my account. Basically, their customer service is pitiful. I would not recommend using this app, ever

I won 1806 from Keno on 6/23. As of 7:30pm EST today 6/26 I STILL have not received a tracking number to receive the ticket, so I can cash upon Massachusetts guidelines. They have communicated they have receive my big winner form with my information however it has been supposedly escalated, and I have to wait until monday to know anything.

This app just keeps getting worse. And now they made it so that 5 dollars is the minimum amount you have deposited to even play a game, which even 5 dollar games cant be played with just 5 dollars. The app is basically forcing users to deposit more than they want or need, which of course means the app makes more money. This is some scummy and scam behavior. Sad how this app has turned into this.
