★★★★★ (Update to app broke it [06.27.25-ish] Can't locate me.) They seem to have fixed whatever was wrong. I assume many people had an issue, because I opened a ticket on 6/28, but had no response for 4–5 days. One of the updated features is a cart and easier checkout.

★★☆☆☆ I can't order tickets anymore after the latest update. Now there's a pop-up that says checking location when you press the order button. After a few minutes it says Unable to process order - Jack pocket is not available in your area. I'm at my house in NJ (a supported area). Fix the app!

★★☆☆☆ Once drafting became an affiliate with Jack pocket, weird things are happening. This app now seems hacked. My tickets go missing. For example, I can't see them on the past history. They also stopped sending me receipts when buying a ticket. I emailed myself to verify if my email has a problem and my email works fine. Also, the support chat freezes or boots me off. There is no way to contact anyone in the process when having an issue. They will be losing a customer. I don't trust it anymore.

★★☆☆☆ App stopped working said there was an update. Now l can't log in with my number and customer service won't return my email...no phone number and l have money in my account

★★☆☆☆ The recent update caused my account to be locked, and the app is broken. I have reached out to their support, but they are now using the same system as draft kings which is the worst customer support I've seen. They advertise 24/7 but take 3 days to respond to anything and then only send canned responses that don't address the question. This company is terrible, don't give them any money unless you don't want it and don't need to burn it for warmth.
