Convenient way to play right from the privacy of my home without having to leave my home and avoiding the crowded lines at the store. They also pay you instantly any prize up to $600 when you win which is awesome and securely transferred into your B account. I wish they had the scratch-off games on the app, hopefully one day.

I love it!! The app is super easy to navigate and order my lottery tickets. I'm disabled, so if I've forgotten to pick my tickets up when I was out, all I do is open the Jack pocket app and in a couple of minutes my order is finished!! You get a picture of your tickets also. Don't hesitate to use Jack pocket!! You won't be disappointed!!

🚫 Your app takes tooooo long to send phone verification code. Page closes. Before text received. Never succeeded in creating an account. Customer service, never comprehended. I wasn't wanting recovery of log in. Because, I had never gotten signed in. Barrier at verifying phone number. Tech issue, not log in.

I'm now convinced a scam is being run here. It's been a few months since I've logged into my account. Since then, I've gotten a new number but same email. Upon downloading, opening the app, and attempting to log in - I used my new phone number (natural thing to do but that's neither here nor there) and then I was asked for my email, which I used my same email. Logged in successfully and used my new number and my email for verification purposes, played a few times within a few days to a week

Will steal your willings. I bought a scratch tickets in sequence and one of them was completely different in the before and after scratch photos. They removed the serial on the scratched off on and tried to lie. The ticket magically gained and lost bits of its edges during scratch off. The top edge grew paper along the perforation somehow that wasn't there in the pre scratch. Go buy your tickets yourself in person. PICKPOCKET STEALS YOUR WINNINGS.
