I love it!! The app is super easy to navigate and order my lottery tickets. I'm disabled, so if I've forgotten to pick my tickets up when I was out, all I do is open the Jack pocket app and in a couple of minutes my order is finished!! You get a picture of your tickets also. Don't hesitate to use Jack pocket!! You won't be disappointed!!

Unbelievable, even after following the verification steps it won't allow me to login. I tried everything I could to re-establish my account and use this app again but failed. They closed my account, and now I can no longer use it.

Will steal your willings. I bought a scratch tickets in sequence and one of them was completely different in the before and after scratch photos. They removed the serial on the scratched off on and tried to lie. The ticket magically gained and lost bits of its edges during scratch off. The top edge grew paper along the perforation somehow that wasn't there in the pre scratch. Go buy your tickets yourself in person. PICKPOCKET STEALS YOUR WINNINGS.

Service fees are outrageous, not worth it anymore to use this application. You're pissing plays away with these high service fees. 14% service fee is outrageous for an automated lottery ticket service with the state. It's not like you have a person going to a store and buying and printing these tickets.

This app won't let you create an account. It says log in or create an account but will only let you try to log in not creat an account. Then tells you it can't find your account. No really foreal. Makes no sense
