Would give it 5* because I really like doing the trips! However, I've had issues getting paid from a trip completed the day after Christmas! I have sent 3 support tickets & tried to get a human through chat, but it will not connect me, it just takes me through the same prompts over & over! I sent an email & Facebook message but no reply! Another thing, they finally implemented quicker payments through Branch, but they're not same day, or even next day as promised! Come on Driver!

This is a good app the only problem is the support robot I gave the robot an address for the Uber, and it's sent me to a different address. Once you get in touch with someone everything goes smooth but the robot is the worst part of the app and the new update

I really enjoy being a driver with Driver. On avg the payout per job is better than the popular gig apps like uber Instacart etc. you're a contracted drive away driver moving anything from bmws to semitrucks. You also occasionally work with other drivers also sole have mentioned being put up in hotels and being flown out which they cover both and uber back to your car or another driver will take you back. They do have a decent fee and frequent tech/platform issues. Overall though 🤙😎😁

Pay is very low. One time they left me stranded in the San Francisco Airport. Had to purchase my own ticket back home. The ticket was $300. They had only paid me $250 for the trip. I contacted Driver support, spent lots of hours with them on the phone. Sent a bunch of emails but never got a refund for the money I had to spend on the flight ticket. Pay is also really bad. They had a trip from Portland OR to Klamath Falls OR - 568 miles round trip, 11 hours at .25 cents a mile,$140=$13/h

I have been working with this company as a driver. I've accepted 3 jobs. 2 of those jobs canceled the next day AFTER I arrived at the site at 7am only to have them tell me the job is canceled. No notification, no driver support. Just too bad so sad. If you don't want to waste your time, energy, and effort going to a Driver job only for them to leave you hanging, I would AVOID this company! Horrible experience. Good luck.
