Looks like a good app. I have linked my ICICI, Kodak, Bob, Axis, IDFC credit cards to my account, and it is accurately showing the lounge accesses remaining, milestones achieved for access, details of the lounges available in different airports (domestic only). With ICICI Bank it also shows the international access remaining. Now what's left to know is the actual access by physically scanning the QR at the lounge (usage). That I'll update when I use it. Wait for it

Pathetic, Never receive the OTP to login. If you doesn't let us log in, what service can we expect to receive. Not sure why someone as big as icici partnered with them.

I didn't receive OTP, and then after I tried multiple times, it showed multiple attempts, if you don't give OTP for even one time, we will keep trying again. Worst experience, the app and website is not at all use when it's needed the most.

A very wasteful application. The entire purpose of the application is defeated if it cannot allow family member to access lounge if the cardholder permits it or generates the QR code. If I want to access the lounge I can carry my card I do not need dream folks for that.
