Dream pad is absolutely incredible! I can't believe how it's changed my sleeping patterns. I have had optimal sleep hygiene for over a decade but still have had trouble sleeping. This pillow is helping me sleep deep, and I'm even dreaming! I'm finding myself excited to go to bed instead of bed being a chore. (I know that seems weird, but sleep has been so difficult for decades).

We have two Dream pads that are unusable because the timer feature on the app does not work. Having the bone conductive music on all night actually reduces our deep sleep and wakes us when we would ordinarily stay asleep during the sleep cycles. I have asked the techs at Dream pad to address this and will update if a fix is found. My other concern is that I contacted Dream pad twice about the issue but didn't get responses. I recently responded to an Integrated Listening system marketing email and was routed to the Dream pad tech department to make it aware of the problem. Makes me wonder how little feedback has ever reached Dream pad tech about the shortcomings of the app. I will update my rating if the app is re-engineered successfully.
