We did have some issues when we first received the tennis ball machine (a sensor got out of alignment during shipping), but the technical support from Spin shot was great.

We have really enjoyed using the Spinshot-player tennis ball machine. The phone remote is also really great. We are starting to get a feel for how to change the various settings to get the ball in various spots to hit volleys, lobs, and forehand and backhand shots from the baseline. My girls have really enjoyed getting consistent hit shots to them from the tennis ball machine.

It's pretty impressive that the horizontal oscillation can be set to random and the drills made in the app can be linked together to create a megadrill using the control panel. All in all the app does what it claims to do and has been running smoothly for the time that I have used it. Will update my review as I continue to use the machine on a daily basis.

Comm issues with pixel 2 and Galaxy S6. If that is all you have don't buy
the machine as you need a working app to communicate to player machine.
Seems to work with an iPad. Frustrating to buy such an expensive machine
when I can't use it with our phones

After using this app for six months, it is functional, but still needs work. The only good thing in the newest version is that the battery power is now given as a percentage. This app needs a copy and paste feature to copy drills from one preset to another. Most importantly, this app needs a button that pauses input from the device, so the screen can remain on, and the machine can remain connected. The app dropping connection from the machine is terrible, and it does this far too often.
