Super unprofessional drivers. The aggregator moreover takes 0 ownership of the driver's mistakes. The driver took wrong turns on a busy chowk, and did not carry a license (he had confirmed earlier he had one). The traffic police caught him and levied a fine which we had to pay. The customer service denied taking any ownership, saying the driver "was not in the city anymore", and "nothing can be done" post which they hung up the call without even having the courtesy to close the discussion.

Bad service. Booking and paying 3 days in advance, after multiple calls to the support team booking status was ambiguous. On the day of travel the team calls us half hour after scheduled pickup time that the booked car will arrive at out place half hour later. Waste of time and money

beware of Booking a driver or any service. And their customer care service is even worse. No response from any of the authority on Drunk and drive case.
