Been using it for my first 12mnth of driving and not really had any issues. 2x the black box needed to be unplugged to reset it as trips were not being logged in the app. Didn't need to make a claim so can't comment on that process. Not had the problem some have mentioned speeding and roads being logged you didn't use. When it came to renewing my insurance the best price they could offer me was 4x as expensive as my 1st year. My driving score is 100/87/92. Gone to a new cheaper provider.

This app is the biggest waste of time. Was OK to start with, but I've noticed the last month or so that it rather than clocking 1 speeding event at a time. It now registered me speeding 7 times on the same piece of road that is 100 yards long. And also registers me speeding on roads I've never used just because they run parallel. And even tho my scores are in the discount range my insurance is 5 times higher to renew. I went else where and got insurance with no back box for same price shop around

I've had this app for over 2 months now and nothing on it works, all the information is 2 weeks out of date, it never notifies me when my car has been moved, it has me located on roads I've never driven on and my overall score is 80/100 but my Speed, Brake and Driving scores are all 100/100. It makes no sense at all, I wish I'd never bought this policy and just paid the extra £70 for a non-tracker policy, which I will definitely be doing next year, the poxy £70 discount isn't worth it.
